Sergio Kun Aguero is a fantastic striker and has lit up the English Premier League (EPL) since he signed for Manchester City in 2011. I personally haven’t forgiven him after his last kick of the game in the final round of EPL matches of the 2011/12 season won the league for City ahead of my beloved Manchester United.
Both City and United finished the season level on points (89 points each) with the former claiming the title on goals difference. Anyhoo I think Kun’s time is up in the EPL as he’s not being able to stay fit for most of last season and this season with only 4 league goals scored so far this term.
Personally I want him to leve the EPL because he’s closing in on Wayne Rooney’s (my all-time favourite Manchester player) goal record in the league. Aguero currently has 181 goals, 27 short of Rooney’s tally (208 goals).
Aguero can however catch up with or eclipse another United legend Andy Cole who scored 187 EPL goals, if he scores 6 or 7 goals in the 8 games left for the Cityzens this season.
All I want is Aguero out of the EPL come end of this season and it doesn’t look like City are looking at extending his stay at the Etihad.
CHEERS!!!
