Manchester United: The PreSeason Games

The World Cup has come and gone, though it might be the biggest football fiesta but for me nothing beats watching football on a regular. I would pick watching the EPL, Champions League, La Liga, Bundesliga and maybe the Italian Serie A because of Juventus and the French Ligue 1 everyday and three times on Sunday over the World Cup. I think the post title must have snitched on me so I don’t need to tell you I am a Manchester United fan. Oops I did it again. Manchester United is all I think about when football is mentioned. Don’t blame me, we all have something we are crazy about but I could slow down if I have my first real child, lol.
Louis Van Gaal whom I might always refer to as King Louis (you remember Jungle book? I thought so too) will officially start his reign as Man Utd’s manager tomorrow 23rd, July 2014 against LA Galaxy in the United States. King Louis in his first official press conference stated he would like to watch his squad for at least 3 weeks before getting busy with transfer issues. Mr Van Gaal you don’t need 3 weeks, 7th position last season is enough to push you into the market. I am not fooled though, I know some transfer talks are going on behind the scenes and some good players will come in. As a matter of fact the Arturo Vidal and Mat Hummells rumours have refused to go away. Truth be told I would love to have these two in my team. Other rumours include Daley Blind, De Vrij, Thomas Vermalen, Juan Cuadrado and Edison Cavani. I think the center back position should be of top priority. It’s clear King Louis didn’t sanction the purchase of Anders Herrara and Luke Shaw.
Other PreSeason games include the friendlies against Roma on the 26th of July, Inter on the 29th of July and Real Madrid on the 2nd of August and word on the street has it that t1ckets for the Real Madrid game sold out in a day. The game is looking set to smash the record attendance which was put at 101,799 for a football game in the U.S.

Steven Gerard finally retires from international football, can Frank Lampard please follow suit? Its time for the younger lads to blow.

Thanks for always stopping by and do enjoy the rest of the week………………………………. BLESS !!!
