There was a time when you dey burn my cable was slang. It simply meant because of X in the picture Y has to suffer. So one of my favourite humans always unconsciously burnt my cable because people thought we were an item. It was really painful.
There was a girl I really liked during my Diploma days but she was jealous because my cousin was always around me. She never mentioned it. My cousin and I were in the same department and did coursework/assignments together so it was only right we rolled together. The said person of interest later realized she was wrong but hey milk already spilt.
