I have never seen a movie Michael B. Jordan has starred in ever. Yes I didn’t watch Black Panther and I still won’t watch it. Without Remorse is a 2021 flick which is an adaptation of a Tom Clancy novel. Now I am no movie buff as I always say but I got particularly interested in this movie because some of my guys condemned it. I can be weird.
I would have ordinarily chosen not to watch Without Remorse because I am not a Michael B. Jordan fan. I usually watch movies based on if I like the characters in it or highly comes recommended by an ally. I saw the movie and I honestly liked it and would watch it again.
The film is about a Navy Seal who was seeking revenge for the murder of his wife. He was also able to uncover a plot that would have brought about a war between the United States and Russia. It also stars Lauren London and Jodie Turner-Smith.
What made the movie tick for me? Nothing in particular, I was able to watch a movie I was unsure of from start to finish without pausing or trying to do something else while at it. It is rare for me for me to be that patient with a movie. And every scene got me wanting to know what happened next.
My friend Wemimo rated it a 7.5 over 10, I gave a it an 8. Yes we have rated it above what Rotten Tomatoes, IMDB and my other friends have. Different strokes for different folks I guess.
